Alliance Group helps its clients (from small to large enterprises) at every stage in the implementation and maintenance of their SAP software, from requirements analysis and detailed design to development, customizing, operational change management and, finally, users support and maintenance. requirements analysis, policy advice, drafting technical specifications, project management, implementation and, finally, support and maintenance.



Alliance Consulting has seen significant growth in recent years, with a turnover that more than doubled between 2007 and 2008 : from +/- €5m in 2007 to close to €13m in 2008.

Alliance Group is an SAP partner and member of Sapience, the Belgian association of SAP users.

Together with its consultants – a large number of which are shareholders - Alliance Group has defined a series of values that will guide the company’s structure and development.



Featuring amongst those values : the company’s corporate responsibility, simplicity, respect for others and the active involvement of everyone, both internally and in working with clients.

Alliance actively manages a network of loyal partner companies and freelancers specialising in SAP. In this way, out of a pool of some 150 external consultants, around 30 are permanently on missions for Alliance Group.
