• EDI focus configuration – This configuration enables a rapid implementation of a minimum number of features in order to be compatible with the EDI requirements of the retailers.

    In less than a month, the following processes are available :
    • Management of client agenda, finished goods and sales price.
    • Reception of ORDER EDI messages that automatically generate sales orders.s
    • Quantity proposals for the finished goods based on inventory and order data.s
    • Encoding of the amount of produced finished goods. This feature enables the encoding of lot data, as well as the printing of pallet and crate SSCC labels.
    • Delivery preparation and attribution of crates and/or pallets to deliveries.
    • Automatic creation of DESADV EDI messages.
    • Automatic creation of invoices and creation of INVOICE EDI messages.
    • The EDI messages are managed and followed-up between your own mailbox and that of each retailer.

  • Standard configuration – This configuration includes the features available in the EDI Focus solution as well as all of the following integrated processes:
    • Management of vendor data, purchased products and prices.
    • Procure-to-Pay process that begins with the order/contract and ends with the reception and payment.
    • Extension of the production process.
    • Extension of the sales process.
    • Complete financial integration with purchases, sales and inventory management.
    • A list of pre-defined forms, such as purchase order, sales order, invoice, picking list, delivery note, debit/credit memo …
    • Operational and management reporting.


Both configurations are ready to be built upon further to meet the evolution of your business.
